BETA Test Agreement
Golistenlive.net is having a BETA testing period for its local band application. This period should last one month, but could be longer.
We are in search of a few bands to complete this test. By signing up to be a BETA tester you agree to the following terms. By agreeing to these terms and participating in this BETA test you will receive 3 months of service free.
You will also be a part of our BETA test subscription as long as you have this service.
The BETA test subscription will have first use of new functionality, and a reduced rate for our services.
If you live in the Athens, Georgia or Atlanta, Georgia area you can request to participate in the BETA test by sending your name, band name, city, phone number, email address, genre and current event draw amount to admin@golistenlive.com.
Terms
1. Golistenlive.net has final authority on who will participate in the BETA test. BETA testers are chosen by the following criteria.
- Date which the application was received by Golistenlive.net.
- Genre in which the artist(s) perform.
- Ability to use the internet.
- Geographical location of artist(s).
- Amount of performances planned during BETA period.
- Agreement to the terms of the BETA test.
2. It is the responsibility of the BETA tester to follow these guidelines and the terms of use of the site.
Golistenlive.net reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all Golistenlive.net services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Golistenlive.net may also terminate or suspend your access to Golistenlive.net service(s) for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by Golistenlive.net.
The amount of time that Golistenlive.net currently considers as an "extended" period of time may be viewed in the FAQ relating to the particular service. Upon termination of the Golistenlive.net service, your right to use the Golistenlive.net service immediately ceases.
Golistenlive.net shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.
3. As a condition of your use of Golistenlive.net, you will not use Golistenlive.net for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
You may not use Golistenlive.net in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Golistenlive.net service(s) (or the network(s) connected to any Golistenlive.net service(s)) or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Golistenlive.net service(s).
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Golistenlive.net service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Golistenlive.net service, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Golistenlive.net services.
4. You agree that Golistenlive.net may establish limits concerning use of any Golistenlive.net service offered on an Golistenlive.net Web Site,
including without limitation the maximum number of days that e-mail messages will be retained by any Golistenlive.net service,
the maximum number of e-mail messages that may be sent from or received by an account on any Golistenlive.net service,
the maximum size of an e-mail message that may be sent from or received by an account on any Golistenlive.net service,
the maximum disk space that will be allotted on Golistenlive.net's servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times and duration you may access any Golistenlive.net service in a given period of time.
You agree that Golistenlive.net has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by any Golistenlive.net service.
You acknowledge that Golistenlive.net reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time.
GOLISTENLIVE.NET MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY GOLISTENLIVE.NET SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH GOLISTENLIVE.NET MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.
CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY MADE TO GOLISTENLIVE.NET AND TO THE INFORMATION THEREIN. GOLISTENLIVE.NET AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN GOLISTENLIVE.NET AT ANY TIME.
ADVICE RECEIVED VIA THE GOLISTENLIVE.NET SERVICES SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR PERSONAL, MEDICAL, LEGAL OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS AND YOU SHOULD CONSULT AN APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE TAILORED TO YOUR SITUATION.
